I'm a single mother that didn't really care about anything other than work and kids until the United States began to, not only turn upside down, but to get flattened like a roach underneath someone's shoe.  My senses awakened and I understood that I just can't stay in the bubble I was in.  I had to speak out about everything.  It didn't have to be one subject, but I wanted it all.  I guess that's what happens when you wake up from a self-induced coma.  Anyway, this is the beginning of my journey and I hope you come along for the ride.
